  • How do I book my appointment using my membership?

Appointment availability can be found online on our website or if you sign up through our iOS app, Genbook.

  • Can I put my membership on hold?

Absolutely! Reach out to us via our contact form and we'll help you process that request or you can email us directly.

  • How do I change or cancel my membership?

Once you’re a member, you can easily change your membership plan right by reaching out to us via our contact form and we’ll help you process that request or you can email us directly. If you need to cancel your membership, you can do so at any time. Note that if you do cancel your membership, there is a $79 reactivation fee. You can avoid that reactivation fee by putting your account on hold.

  • Does my membership auto-renew?

Lone Star membership is a monthly recurring membership. Your membership is active the day that you sign up and will renew each month on the same day of the month that you signed up.

  • Do appointments roll over from cycle to cycle?

If you don't use all of your appointments, we'll automatically roll over 1 visit to your next month.

  • What happens if I run out of appointments?

If you use all of your appointments, no problem! Easily add more by purchasing one at a time, or choosing a credit package.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

Lone Star membership can be purchased with any valid credit card.
